Baseball Card Display Case - 1/2" Screwdown
The "Cadillac" holder of the Pro-Mold Line of card holders. It features arrowhead recessed corners that keep the card's corners from getting touched and damaged. This baseball card display case is basically an oversized regular Pro-Mold One Screw Screwdown (about twice as thick).
Strengths: Ideal for storage of those "Big Money" Cards. This is an absolutely gorgeous baseball card display case that really makes the baseball card stand out. This particular holder is small and compact compared to traditional style four screw screwdowns which allows for storage of many in smaller spaces particularly in monster boxes or shoe boxes. What made the one screw screwdown popular is the fact that you get all the benefits of a four screw, as far as protection of the baseball card goes, but with only having to use one screw instead of four.
Weaknesses: Expensive. Ideally suited for cards that are worth more then $50. A cheaper solution is the 1/4" thick one screw screwdowns. Some collector's prefer not to deal with screwdown holders because it's time consuming and tedious to screw together many at a time, which is why they use the snap-design holders or our new line of magnetic card holders instead.

2. What is this holder made out of? PVC? Answer: This card holder as well as all our other card holders are made out of polystyrene. Polystyrene is an archival safe raw material and it contains no hazardous chemicals, PVC or plasticizers.
3. Why should I buy the Pro-Mold One Screw Screwdown instead of the competitors? Answer: The Pro-Mold One Screw Screwdown is made in America with high quality raw materials from leading American polymer (plastic) manufactures. Many of the imported mini-snaps are made from a low grade material using a lot of regrind which give their parts a blue tint and less optical clarity.

5. Will this holder protect the trading card from damaging UV Rays? Answer: No it will not so we recommend that you do not store these where they are constantly exposed to light.
