1. Question. Why should I buy Pro-Mold trading card and memorabilia holders versus your competition like Ultra Pro holders?
Answer: All Pro-Mold products are made in the United States and are made of commercial grade raw materials from Dow Chemical, Fina, among other major United States Polymer Manufactures. All Pro-Mold products are crystal clear with no blue tint which  means we don't use a lot of recycled material in our products. Why would you risk putting your expensive collectibles in something that's made several thousand miles away of god only knows what raw material?  Pro-Mold has been making protective holders for over 16 years now and we know what our collector's expect from their holders to preserve their precious treasures. Take a simple test by setting a comparable product from our competitors next to ours. You will see that our holder is much clearer because of the higher grade of raw material that we use, our product has no blue tint, is better designed, and more often then not cheaper in price then our competitors. 

2. Question: Can I buy Pro-Mold products directly from Pro-Mold?
Answer:  Yes.  If your local dealer or distributor does not and will not carry the Pro-Mold product that you are looking for, we encourage you to buy directly from us at www.pro-molddirect.com.

3. Question: Do Pro-Mold holders contain any hazardous chemicals such as PVC?
Answer: No. All Pro-Mold products are made of high quality, rigid polystyrene plastic, and contain no PVC or hazardous chemicals.

4. Question: How long has Pro-Mold been in business?
Answer: Pro-Mold has been in business since 1984.  Pro-Mold introduced its first product related to sports memorabilia and trading cards in October of 1991.

5. Question: Where are Pro-Mold products made?
Answer: All Pro-Mold products are made in Kipton, Ohio, USA (www.kipton.org).  The Village of Kipton is approximately 45 miles Southwest of Cleveland.

6. Question: Can I pick up product directly from Pro-Mold's Plant?
Answer: No.  We strictly do mail order.

7. Question: If I have a question, concern or problem with a Pro-Mold product, who can I contact?

8. Question: I want to protect items that are not related to the collectible industry.  How can I be sure that my item will fit in a Pro-Mold protective holder?
Answer: Check out our Product Specification Sheet.  It has the exact inside and outside dimensions of all the products.


9. Question: How do Pro-Mold products come packaged, and how many of each product come in a display box or case?
Answer: Check out our Product Specification Sheet.  It has all the up-to-date box quantities and case quantities as well as the type of packaging that the product comes in.  Some products are individually bagged while others come shrink-wrapped.

12. Question: I would like to have my own product made out of plastic.  Can Pro-Mold make it for me?

13. Question: Does Pro-Mold make grading card holders and if they do not, will they?
Answer: No. All grading card holders are sold by their respective grading card companies and we will not be making a grading card holder.  

14. Question: I have a real thick card that will not fit in your real thick card holders.  Do you make a holder for the super thick cards like the Upper Deck Sweet Spot trading cards? They're the ones that have a game used bat or jersey embedded in the card.
